Our Account Handlers are responsible for managing the production of large, global campaigns - coordinating the adaptation and implementation process from brief to final production phases.

Key Responsibilities
(to include but not limited to):

• Key contact for local market client
• Manage the transcreation script process, including taking the client brief, briefing copywriters, assessing quality, managing client approval and script clearance
• Manage projects from estimating, raising POs, timelines, approval, feedback management, billing and reconciliation
• Collate all local market assets (previous TV ads etc)
• Manage in-market copywriters and proofreaders
• Manage recordings: booking talent, booking studios
• Negotiate buy outs for all the preferred VO artists and manage contracts
• Manage estimating and billing for the market

Experience required

• Previous high volume TV adaptation experience across multiple markets
• Experience of managing in-market copywriters and editors
• Retail experience would be good
• Strong creativity, previous transcreation/adaptation experience is required
• Strong client management experience – ideally experience of setting up a new account, managing senior relationships, an Account Management background ideally
• Track record of delivering high quality transcreation to clients
• Previous experience of negotiating VO rates and dealing with VO artists and studios would be an advantage

• Pre-screening and selecting a native team of writers and editors that understand the different brand's tone of voice.
• Managing the localisation / transcreation process with the team of approved writers
• Evaluating the localisation materials / transcreations received to ensure they meet the clients’ brief (format, tone of voice, language and style) and that the brand and the message is relevant in the local market.
• Planning and executing complex schedules to accommodate client requirements, including evaluating risks related to cost, cycle time, and capacity.
• Building the brand glossary and library of approved assets for all of the markets.
• Tracking financial information.

Hogarth Worldwide Singapore is looking for a Nuke Artist to join our growing team.

Background on the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an ambitious, dynamic & growing team of enthusiastic post-production professionals working in the TVC industry in Singapore. Hogarth Nuke Artists play a central role within the busy Broadcast department, using their skills to help produce TVCs for broadcast, often under tight deadlines. The artist will be responsible for putting together visual effects shots, working quickly to achieve photorealistic results.

The artist should be able to work effectively alone, tracking and compositing, often complex, shots with no assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compositing, tracking, keying, rotoscoping to achieve seamless product replacements, secondary colour grading, all quickly, accurately and convincingly

• Streamlining workflow processes so that projects can be reaccessed and reversioned quickly and effectively

• Advise and manage projects after completion - fulfill any project consolidation that might be required to successfully archive the project

Experience & Skills Required:

In order of priority Hogarth Nuke artists must have:

• At least 3 years experience with Nuke

• A strong showreel, with clear information to show what was done, and by whom – demonstrating good experience in tracking, keying, rotoscoping, grading & showing before and afters

• Be able to communicate English to an intermediate level

• Excellent tracking abilities, using either Nuke or supporting 3rd party software

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects experience - the artist will often be expected to convert print assets into usable elements

• A good understanding of moving image and broadcast processes, and how lighting, lenses and cameras work together to create an image

• A good understanding of video colour space, codecs and their use in a digital pipeline

• Ability to take direction and structure working practice so that design changes can be efficiently completed

• Display a high attention to detail with a “right first time” mentality and a positive "can-do" attitude
