Our clients’ creative agencies develop master assets and materials and then pass responsibility for localising and adapting them to Hogarth.
We typically develop extremely close relationships with our clients’ agency partners
because we are entirely focused on production. Unlike other production houses, we do
not want to expand our role into the creative area.
We believe in a very clear division of responsibilities. Our clients’ creative agencies develop master assets and materials and then pass all responsibility for localising and adapting them to Hogarth.
We work alongside creative agencies, both large and small, from global network agencies, to independents and individual ‘hot-shops’ across all media. These relationships span TV, print and digital to point of sale, retail and trade promotion.
They also encompass not only our clients’ creative and media partners, but often their designated delivery and print partners - if we are not already directly responsible for distribution ourselves.
Typically, we work closely with creative agencies to audit and design the optimal production workflow. In many cases, our creative partners have full access to our online asset management and approval systems and can act as nominated approvers in the production workflow.
As a result, many independent shops are turning to us as a preferred partner when pitching for global new business.
In many cases we are taking this collaboration further – to the extent that we now run in-house studios for JWT, Grey and Y&R amongst others. We have revamped their internal studios building them out with our own technology and management systems. This builds on the agencies creative capabilities by enabling state-of-the-art localisation and repurposing of master assets in-house.
Hogarth’s ‘Nearshore’ digital facility supplements our London production engine-room. This combination of digital resources is equally adept at efficiently delivering web campaigns, or, thanks to an industrial computing background, building high-end, transactional websites.
A particular strength of Hogarth’s digital service is the localisation and production of marketing assets in multiple languages. We translate and localise multi-national websites, manage our clients’ sites through Content Management Systems and fulfil international banner adaptation projects.
We also manage the implementation of social media content as well as mobile, iPad and other tablet applications. Typically, we work alongside our clients’ digital creative agencies and other technical partners, including hosting providers.
Hogarth has built a privileged association with Act2 UM - specialists in high-end creative retouching, photo-realistic CGI and high-end animation. Our partnership allows us to seamlessly integrate Act2 UM’s creative talents into Hogarth’s global production environment.
Co-location in Hogarth’s London and New York facilities allows Act2 UM to link directly into our workflow platform and asset management systems.
