Hogarth is a new type of production resource - an advertising implementation agency - built upon years of top-level experience in production and global advertising delivery. Hogarth is dedicated to producing and delivering advertising more efficiently without any compromise in quality. Hogarth has been set up to take advantage of new technology to produce and deliver advertising at a fundamentally lower cost. But efficient implementation of advertising is always poor value for money when creative quality is lost in the process. Just as it is foolish to forget cost in the creation of advertising; it is equally foolish to forget creativity in the implementation of advertising. Creative quality can easily be lost in each step of the process from translation, through adaptation to delivery. That's why we have bought every step of the process "under one roof". By doing this we can supervise quality from end-to-end and be properly responsible for the quality of the advertising we produce. It's also why we have outstanding talent in the most creatively sensitive areas of image manipulation and copy localisation.

Lean on our experience

Hogarth's management team provide an exceptionally experienced shoulder to lean-upon. They bring experience of global production decoupling at Philips, Procter & Gamble, Mercedes-Benz, Dell and Diageo amongst others. This experience has been gained on both sides, not only in the production agency but also on the advertising agency side. Managing change in a large corporation is always difficult so this insight can be very valuable in helping to achieve a painless move to a more efficient way of working.

One would think these are the operating principles of the traditional Ad-agency approach to implementing international campaigns. Production decoupling has recently shone a light into this costly corner of advertising delivery and Hogarth is dedicated to taking the opportunity for new efficiency to its logical conclusion by offering:
